One of the most iconic models in our Arthropods and Mollusks collection is The Scorpion. We spent a lot of time on this model in order to make it look as realistic as possible. Overall the model took almost three weeks to complete from start to finish.

We used 3Ds Max, Zbrush, Photoshop and V-ray to bring you this finished asset. Finding good reference images was not a problem, the internet is full of great high definition photos and even scans of Scorpions. We created two different poses for our customers to pick between.

Scorpion Pose

The Arthropods and Mollusks collection has 13 different models all with different poses and rigged versions for a total of 45 models. All of them were created to the highest industry standard for quality – Checkmate.
